At That Crazy Dog Lady, grooming goes far beyond a simple shampoo. Meghan Bertchie provides a calm, one-on-one environment designed specifically to remove the “assembly line” stress often found in big-box salons. As a North Phoenix neighbor who treats every dog like her own, Meghan ensures a patient, hands-on experience that focuses on the emotional well-being of your pet as much as their physical appearance.
Meghan built That Crazy Dog Lady on the philosophy that every dog deserves to be handled with respect, love, and professional skill. Whether she is working with a high-energy puppy’s first groom or a senior dog that requires a gentle, veteran hand, her reputation for “handled-with-care” service has made her a neighborhood favorite. Clients value Meghan’s ability to turn a typically stressful appointment into a calm, positive experience where dogs can truly thrive.
Meghan offers customized care programs designed to fit your dog’s specific coat and personality:
Meghan Bertchie is deeply rooted in our community. She doesn’t just process appointments; she helps create happier, cleaner homes for North Valley families.
