Innovative Education is a North Phoenix–based tutoring company looking for certified teachers who want flexibility, strong pay, and meaningful work outside the traditional classroom.
This role is ideal for educators who want to keep teaching on their own terms. Sessions support students across homeschool, public, and private school settings and can be done in person or virtually.
• Pay: Starting at $50/hour
• Flexibility: In-person and virtual options available
• Schedule: You choose when you work. Sessions can be during the school day or after school
• Balance: No classroom management, no grading, no long-term contracts
• Teaching certification (current, expired, or out-of-state certifications accepted)
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Completion of a short online application
