About the Position
The line cook prepares food for the hotel’s restaurant, meetings, banquets and catered events. This position follows standardized recipes while maintaining a clean, safe and organized kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to hotel recipes and standards.
- Support restaurant, banquet and catering food service.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation and food-safety standards.
- Properly store ingredients and minimize food waste.
- Work efficiently with the culinary and hotel teams.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hotel or commercial-kitchen experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Arizona food handler card or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift [XX] pounds.
